Marketing Masters and SpiderGroup Announce official Merger



Marketing Masters a leading Healthcare Telemarketing specialist agency today announced its completion of a merger with digital marketing and technology agency SpiderGroup.

Marketing Masters, founded in 2003, provides Telemarketing Solutions to the Healthcare Sector enabling its clients to communicate with healthcare professionals and payers.

SpiderGroup, founded in 2002, specialise in Online Advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn), SEO and Influencer Marketing in a variety of sectors including Healthcare, retail, hospitality and professional services space. SpiderGroup is also a Microsoft gold partner.

Following the merger, both agencies will form part of the newly created Multis Group, but will continue to operate under their own brand names.

The combined agency leadership team will be jointly headed up by Peter Price and James Cook.

Over the last few years, both Marketing Masters and SpiderGroups directors noticed the growing demand for a turnkey multi-channel solution, more integrated and joined up marketing programmes with big data, marketing automation, behaviour-led digital marketing and influencer marketing all coming together. This merger enables the company to capitalise on this trend, and deliver a market leading proposition encompassing state of the art Telemarketing, ecommerce, immersive brand experiences and effective data-driven performance based digital campaigns.

In addition, the combination creates an Influencer Marketing proposition that is at firmly at the forefront of what is one of the most significant and highest-growing trends in marketing.
